Good Morning, Stampers!
This pretty card was designed by my friend Laurie Rigo. She showed me how to color using Stampin' Up! colored pencils and the Stampin' Blends Color Lifter. WOW! The lifter blends the colors and softens the lines of the pencils beautifully! It really makes me look like I'm a professional watercolorer! Thanks for the great tip, Laurie!
