Christmastime Is Here Tri-Fold Card

Good Morning, Stampers!

I have a fun Tri-Fold card to share with you today featuring the Christmastime is Here suite. Remember, this suite is available only while supplies last so be sure to get these products while you can!

1. Start with an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of Whisper White cardstock.
2. Score across the short edge at 4 1/4".
3. Score along the long adge at 5 1/2".
4. Cut off the top, left panel and set aside for stamping.
5. Fold along all the edges.
6. Decorate as I did or create a one-of-a-kind card of your own!

Masking Technique

Good Morning, Stampers!

Yesterday, I showed a card featuring the "masking technique". I had several inquires asking how to do it, so today I am sharing a video with you! Grab some sticky notes and take a look!

Here is the card I featured.

As you can see, the ice cream treats have all

been masked. Use the steps as shown in the video to create!

I've been working on my Easter thank you cards. The carrots from the Basket Bunch stamp set are adorable with the "thanks a bunch" sentiment. The stamping is very simple, but I added the fine tip glue after coloring for a little "touchy-feely" surprise!

The set I am featuring for the April Mini Session is called Moon Baby.

My project would make a great gift and can be easily adapted

to any theme with a switch of your favorite images!

The card below I created to compliment the Mini Session project.

Once completed, you have a great card and gift ensemble 

for that special little baby's arrival!

To create the card:

1. Stamp the moon baby image using Archival Basic Black ink on a Very Vanilla card front.

2. Stamp the star trio using Archival Basic Black ink.

3. Color the moon andstars using Delightful Dijon ink and a blender pen.

4. Color the baby image using Pink Pirouette (cheeks), Soft Sky (clothes), Delightful Dijon (hair) and a blender pen.

5. On a separate piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, stamp the baby/umbrella using Archival Basic Black ink.

6. Color using Calypso Coral (clothes), Crumb Cake (hair), Smoky Slate (umbrella) and a blender Pen. Cut.

7. On a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, stamp the sentiment using Archival Basic Black ink.

8. Cut using the Lots of Labels framelits.

9. Adhere the sentiment to the card frontusing Stampin' Dimensionals.

10. Adhere the baby/umbrella using Stampin' Dimensionals.

11. On a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, stamp the toys/stars image using Archival Basic Black ink.

12. Color the stars using Delightful Dijon and a blender pen.

13. Color the teddy bear using Crumb Cake ink and a blender pen.

14. Cut the stars and teddy bear and adhere to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

CCMC Saturday Blog Hop - Easter Favors

Happy April Fool's Day, Stampers!

This ain't no joke!

It's the Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop! 

With Easter right around the corner, we are sharing with you some

fun Easter favors for you to create for your family and friends!

I found white M and M's at the grocery store and thought they would 

make the perfect "bunny tails" treat bags! 

I simply typed the sentiment onto the computer and printed

it out onto Whisper White cardstock and cut into a banner.

Adding a little white craft ball for his tail adds a little dimension. 

Then I cut the bag to form the bunny ears 

and filled with the candy. When you tie in the middle,

the little bunny ears magically form! So fun!

The ears can be created onto any size bag - 

just follow this basic cut:

The Nailed It stamp set is a great set for making masculine-themed cards, but it can also be used for others as well! Take this card by Stampin' Up! for instance. This would be perfect for congratulating a graduate, a thank you, a job well done or telling someone how proud you are of their accomplishments! The colors can easily be changed up for a more masculine or feminine feel.
