Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome back to another great sketch challenge

from the Paper Craft Crew! The simple layout

works well whether you are making one or mulitples.

This is more of a manly card with the wood textures designer paper

and neutral colors. I added a touch of the gold in the cross 

for a little touch of elegance. I snuck a little sneek peek

with the addition of the Itty Bitty Greetings sentiment stamp

set - coming June 1st! It will be a great addition to your collection!

Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge #290

Good Morning, Stampers!

The Paper Craft Crew has a great sketch challenge to share with 

you this week! It is simple and easily duplicatable

for quick and easy last-minute cards!

I really like using different size cards because

it allows me to add a little interest to my cards.

This card measures 3 1/2" x 11" which leaves plenty

of space for my elements to hang off the edges of the card

but still fits nicely into a standard envelope.

OSAT April Blog Hop - Pocket Full of Posies

Welcome to the April One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is Pocket full of Posies!

 So, while I do not have any pockets or posy images, the sweet little flowers 

from the Cake Soiree stamp set remind me of posies, and that's close, right??!!

I added them to a glittery cupcake with a little touch of silver

foil accents for a sweet birthday card.

The card is accompanied by this coordinating gift card holder

created with the envelope punchboard and features the same supplies. 

A feminine feel with a Springtime touch!

Happiest of Birthday Wishes

I have a simple yet elegant card to share with you today. I combined a little new with the old - the Happiest of Days stamp set from the Annual catalog and the Sweet Cake framelits from the Occasions Mini catalog. The white die cut flowers were added to the card front giving it an elegant tone-on-tone look and adding a couple of raised flowers gives the simple sentiment a "pop" of color.
So simple, too!

CCMC Saturday Blog Hop - Easter Favor

Good Morning, Stampers!

With Easter being just a little over a week away, Create with Connie and

Mary decided to feature Easter favors for their Saturday Blog Hop today!

Who doesn't love a chocolate bunny? These sweet little

bunnies can be found in many sizes - even as chicks, lambs or ducks, too!

This one stands about 4" tall. Lots of room for decorating!

I simply replaced the red ribbon with a faux-gold 

Spring "chain" and a little yellow bow.

How fun would these be on the dinner table 

personalized with different colors?! A decoration and 

treat in one! So many possibilities!

For my card, I chose the METALLIC/CLEAN/SIMPLE/BIRTHDAY

I used the yummy silver foil and silver glimmer papers
