Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge #446

 Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome to this week's Paper Craft Crew Card Challenge!
Today's sketch features lots of layers giving you plenty of
opportunities to incorporate different textures and patterns
into your card!

I had fun with this one! I started with the Cork Specialty Paper.
I wanted to soften the tone of the paper so using my water painter,
I added an Early Espresso ink wash to darken up the paper a bit.

Just squeeze a little water onto the ink pad lid and paint the paper-
it's that easy! Just set aside to dry a bit before adhering it
to the card base.

Here are a few different colors I experimented with.
Just think of all the color possibilites!

Finally, I reduced the size of the scallop rectangle
to be more poportionate to the card. To do this, first cut
the scallop rectangle, then line up the die with the scallops
to the desired size and cut. It gives you more customized
size possibilites when you cut like this!
