Tour de Freaks July Blog Hop - Summer Lovin'

Hello, Stampers!

The FrEaKs are lovin' Summer and
can't wait to share their Summer projects with you!
Whether you are just starting out here or arriving from
Connie's blog, there are lots of amazing projects
and plenty of summer days left for you to create!

Tropical relaxation and popsicles are
on my to-do list for Summertime!
I may need to stick to my backyard, but
it will definietly include ice-cold (adult) popsicles!

I created the popsicles with the layering ovals
dies and the Classic label punch. The little letters fit right
inside the oval so you can run them through the Big Shot
in one pass - a time-saver!

This card featured the Eclipse Technique and our new
Playful Alphabet letter dies.

Have you tried the new Foam
Adhesive Sheets?  They are so easy
to work with. I just set the letters on top and ran them through
the Big Shot. See that "L"? Sometime that magnetic base has a mind
of its own! haha No worries - it cuts like butter!

After cutting the foam, I set the letters onto my stamped panel
and again ran it throught the Big Shot. A helpful tip
is to add a piece of removable tape on top to hold the
letters in place while you cut.

After the letters were cut, I added them on top of the foam and
places them onto the card. I hope you will give it a try!

Good morning Melissa!
Beautiful cards. I love the tip about using repositionable tape to hold dies in place! I never thought of that.
Thanks for your inspiration!
