Good Morning, Stampers!
Today's project features simple watercoloring using Waterpainters. Waterpainters allow more water control than a regular paint brush with water.
I started by stamping the image onto the watercolor paper using Jet Black Stazon ink. Once dried, I lightly wet the paper with water and brushed a faint background of Balmy Blue ink. After that dried, I colored the leaves using Old Olive ink and the flowers using Rococo Rose ink. Finally, I added the sentiment along with the ribbon and enamel dot embellishments. Here's a tip: Use your Stampin' Blends to color coordinate your enamel dots and gems! For an added "wow", add Shimmery Crystal Effects for a "wet" look. Be sure to let it fully dry.
