CCMC Saturday Challenge HOL5

Good Morning, Stampers!

I can't believe that this is the final Challenge for the 2012 Holiday Edition! Where has the time gone? We have had 5 incredible weeks of projects featuring the products from the Holiday Mini Catalog. If you are a subscriber, you will know what I am talking about! If not, you have no idea what you have missed! But no worries! You can still subscribe and get ALL 5 WEEKS of projects! Just head on over to Create with Connie and Mary to join!

This week's Saturday Challenge is a Color Challenge.

This was a fun challenge to create! I absolutely adore the Frosty Friends a la carte stamp! These little men are so fun and whimsy! I began by embossing the Cherry Cobbler card base with the Snow Flurry embossing folder. I then cut a piece of Gumball Green cardstock and cut both ends with the large scallop edgelit. Once both sides were cut, I embossed the strip with the Delicate Designs embossing folder. Cut a piece of Soft Suede cardstock with the Top Note die, cut in half and adhere to the card front. Add the Gumball Green Strip to the top. On a piece of Whisper White cardstock, stamp the Frosty Friends image in Jet Black Stazon. Color using the challenge colors and a blender pen. Round the upper corners and adhere to a piece of Primrose Petals cardstock. Round the upper corners and adhere to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. Cut (2) Whisper White strips with the Adorning Accents Edgelits and stamp one with the sentiment and Jet Black Stazon ink. Adhere the strips just below the snowmen image with Stampin' Dimensionals. Add Dazzling Diamonds.
