The Create with Connie and Mary team is here with some
last-minute glitzy Halloween ideas! A lot less spooky and a lot
more sparkley, these ideas are suitable for all ages!
To create the background:
1. Rub the Blackberry Bliss and Wild White onto the Basic White cardstock using a blending brush.
2. Add water speckles using the Water Painter. Let dry completely.
3. Decorate as desired.
