The Supple Shimmer paper is perfect for a sparkling backdrop -
especially for Springtime and Easter!
I added the embossed cardstock strips right on top and
color-coordinated the tulips and sentiment with White Shimmer paper.
Of course, no card is complete without a little bit of bling! 😎
