The Create with Connie and Mary Design Team
is excited to share some fun techniques with you
this week!
The Marble Technique is one of my all-time favorites.
It's one of the first techniques I learned when I first
started stampin' over 20 years ago - it never gets old!
The NEW Well Dressed stamp set
is the perfect back-drop to create a masculine card!
don't you thnk??_
If you have never tried the Marble Technique, give it a try!
Start with a closable container. Here, I have one of the
original clam-shell boxes. Any container will work as long as
it can be closed
First, add marbles to the box. Then, add several drops of ink refill.
Here, I used Soft Suede, Night of Navy and Old Olive
inks. Using rembovable tape, adhere the piece of cardstock to the
top (inside) of the box and close the box shut.
Roll the marbles around the box until all of them have been coated
in ink, Finally, turn the box upside down and allow the
marbles to roll iover the carstock until desired
look is achieved. Remove the cardstock and
decorate as desired - it's so fun!
SU!pplies: Well Dressed
Ink: Tuxedo Black
Paper: Whisper White, Old Olive, Soft Suede, NIght of Navy
Get more great technique ideas from the
rest of the team! Go forward to see what Connie
has created or back to see what Debbie has
created!
