I have a bright and colorful card to share with you today! The background looks like it is an intensive technique, but I will let you in on a little secret - IT IS SO SIMPLE! The background was stamped with the Bokeh Dots image and then color was added using Sponge Daubers and ink pads. So simple and it gives a big "WOW" no matter what your level of stamping is!
