We are ready to celebrate Spring and Easter this
week at Create with Connie and Mary!
I took the flowers from the Tea Together stamp set to
create this. I love to combine 2 colors when coloring
flowers. It gives a more realistic look. The basket
embossing folder fits the theme perfectly, too!
To recreate this card:
1. Emboss the card front using the Basket Weave embossing folder.
2. Cut the stitched rectangle from Whisper White cardstock and adhere to the card front.
3. Stamp the flowers onto Whisper White cardstock using Jet Black Stazon.
4. Color the flowers using SO Saffron and Blushing Bride inks and a blender pen.
5. Cut the flowers and adhere to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
6. Cur the cross from Crumb Cake cardstock and adhere to the rectange.
7. Punch a Story Label from Whisper White cardstock.
8. Tie the thread on each side of the label in a knot.
9. Adhere the label to the card front.
10. Stamp the sentiment onto Whisper White cardstock using Early Espresso ink.
11. Cut the sentiment using the Stitched Circle framelit.
12. Cut a nesting circle from Blushing Bride cardstcok using the Layering Circle framelits.
13. Adhere the circles together and adhere to the label using Stampin' Demensionals.
