Happy New Year! For the month of January, the
design team will be creating using a Valentine/Love Music
Theme. This week, the theme is "How Sweet It Is".
And nothin' is sweeter than cake! YUM!
I stamped the cake two times - once in So Saffron and
once in Highland Heather. Then I cut the "frosting" and adhered it
to the top of the cake. It gives the illusion of a yellow cake
with purple frosting. I then stamped the flowers using
Gorgeous Grape for a little bit of contrast. I cut them out and adhered
them to the cake with leaves stamped in Old Olive ink.
This card is stamped for a birthday, but it could easily
be adapted for a wedding or shower, too!
