Check out this sweet little treat by Stampin' Up! It feaatures the Cauldron Bubble stamp set and is easy enough to create multiples for all your little ghosts and gobblins!
1. Roll a 12" x 12" piece of designer paper into a cylinder.
2. Close and adhere one end.
3. Fill with treats and adhere the end opposite of the previous end.
4. Tie the black glitter ribbon around in a bow.
5. Punch a starburst from black foil.
6. Stamp the sentiment and stars onto a coordinating Whisper White circle.
7. Adhere the circle to the starburst and adhere below the bow.
8. Stamp the broom and frog. Color, cut and adhere to the circle.
