I was able to achieve this look with a little masking.
Stamp the flower image onto a piece of scratch paper
and cut out the image completely. Then, stamp the image
onto the card front, place the mask on top and stamp the
wood-grain image directly on top several times.
Complete the card by coloring in the image with a blender pen.
Stamp additional flowers and adhere to the top of the
card front for a 3D look.
