Today, I am sharing with you a card I recently created for a Holiday swap. It features the Festive Phrases stamp set from the new Holiday Mini Catalog. It's difficult to see from the photo, but I added the fine tip glue to the lights for a little shine and dimension.You can't help but run your fingers over the bulbs!
