Control Freaks October Blog Tour - Gratitude

Hello, Stampers!

Welcome to the October Tour de Freaks Blog Hop!
This month, we are sharing projects of gratitude.
Whether you are arriving from Wendy's blog or
just starting out, you are in for some fantastic inspiration!

One of the biggest things I am grateful for are those
who come to my home, Friends, family, stampers
and all those in between!

I created this welcome sign for my front door to
greet those from now through Thanksgiving.
I found the felt owl ant my local dollar store.
He was so cute, I had to bring him home - lol!
Adding the banner and leaves and he's all
fun and festive and ready for Fall!

The banner was free-handed on Crumb Cake cardstock
and stamped with the Hardwood stamp.
The Large Alphabet letters were cut from
gold glimmer paper and glued directly on.

I embossed the leaves with gold embossing powder and
crinkled them before hot gluing them to the owl.

Believe it or not, this project was made in just under an hour!
Makes a gift or class project, too!
