Good Morning, Stampers!

I am SO EXCITED to be back with the Create with Connie and Mary Team!! This week's theme is Time To Trim Down - we are keeping it simple with just two layers and an embellishment.

I chose to use the First Sigh stamp set for my card. I love the flourish and the sweet little bird and heart images that can be added. The heart image fits perfectly into the Sweetheart punch, too!

Here is a close up of the hearts. Can you see the shimmer that the NEW Gold Wink of Stella Glitter Brush adds to the stamped image? It is a great wat to add a little shimmer to your projects with ease!

To recreate this card:

1. Begin with a 4 1/4" x 11" piece of Watermelon Wonder cardstock folded.

2. Stamp the flourish using Versamark ink.

3. Stamp the little hearts and sentiment using Watermelon Wonder ink. 

4. On a piece of Whisper White cardstock, stamp (3) hearts using Watermelon Wonder ink.

5. Punch the hearts with the Sweetheart Punch.

6. Stamp the bird onto Whisper White cardstock using Chocolate Chip ink. Cut,

7. Adhere the hearts to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

8. Adhere the bird to the bottom heart using a sliver of a Stampin' Dimensional.

9. Add detail to the hearts using the Gold Wink of Stella brush.
