I truly believe this is THE fastest card I have EVER made! Seriously, it took me less than 3 minutes to put together!
It is all because of that adorable NEW Gingham Garden Washi Tape! Just cut and stick - that's it! The flame is the wing from the bird punch and the sentiment comes from the NEW Remembering Your Birthday stamp set.
