CCMC Color Challenge 236

Good Morning, Stampers!

It's Thursday! That means it's time for a color challenge at Create with Connie and Mary! Today's colors are a combination of In-Colors and the Subtles Collection for a fun and delightful color palate!

I love the new Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Pack from the Spring Mini Catalog! The patterns are bold and elegant making it really easy to incoorporate into your craft projects! Although it doesn't look it, this card was actually really easy to do because of the framed patterned paper. I simply added the flowers, sentiment, pearls and of course, Dazzling Diamonds glitter!

SU!pplies:
Stamps: Vintage Verses (Sale-A-Bration), Secret Garden
Ink: Lucky Limeade, Raspberry Ripple, Pretty in Pink
Paper:  Very Vanilla, Print Poetry Designer Series Paper
Accessories: Basic Pearls, Secret Garden Framelits, blender pen, Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

We are mid-way into the first week of the 2013 Spring Occasions Edition at Create with Connie and Mary but have no fear - if you haven't yet joined, it's not too late! You can still get all of the fabulous tutorials from this week as well as all of the tutorials yet to come! Just subscribe at Create with Connie and Mary and get started on all of the incredible projects!

Happy Stampin'!
~Melissa

Love how you've let the DSP shine in this card and then added the beautiful finishing touches of the flowers. Gorgeous card!

I love how you used that print from the Poetry stack on the front of the card! I haven't been quite sure what to do with it - now I know. And I didn't think I needed those Vintage Versus until I went to leadership - they are perfect for this card.

You made me think on this one Melissa. I couldn't figure out how you stamped on the outside of your frame like that? I didn't purchase this DSP but like the way you used it as a layer!
