CCMC 234

Good Morning, Stampers!

I am so excited for the color challenge at Create with Connie and Mary this week! These colors are not typical colors I would choosed and I was really intimidated by them at first. However, once I got going, I had so much fun and really liked how it all came together! You really need to play along this week!

This sentiment is a Sale-A-Bration Sneek Peek! I began with a piece of Twitterpated DSP and added it to the top of the card. The bottom of the card is embossed using the Delicate Designs embossing folder with a few rhinestones to the centers of each design for a little added bling. The little medallion was cut using the Sizzix Perfect Pennant die and stamped with the Netting background stamp for a little added texture.  To create the little flower, punch (8) 7/8" scallop circles. Spritz with water and scrunch together. Pile them all on top of each other and add a rinestone brad to the center and allow to dry. Adhere it to the card using a Stampin' Dimensional.  Finally, add the taffeta bow with a glue dot.

SU!pplies:
Stamps: Vintage Verses, Netting
Ink: Midnight Muse
Paper: Pink Pirouette, Midnight Muse, Whisper White
Accessories: Sizzix Perfect Pennant, rhinestones, taffeta ribbon, 7/8" scallop circle, rhinestone brad (retired) Twitterpated DSP, Delicate Designs Embossing Folder

Don't forget to subscribe to the Spring Edition!  With over 30 projects with step-by-step PHOTO instructions at a price of $29.95 US, you can't go wrong…that is less than $1 per tutorial!    We will be starting January 20th…hurry and sign up today over at Create with Connie and Mary!

Happy Stampin'!

So pretty how the blue doily stands out against the pink layers. Very elegant card Melissa!

So pretty! That blue die cut really pops off the card and highlights the sentiment so that is the first thing that grabs your eye. Love the flower and the bow. Such an elegant card.
