FREE STAMP!

Good Morning, Stampers!

Yesterday was my monthly FREE STAMP DAY! I LOVE that I have the opportunity to dedicate a special day once a month to all of my customer's to stamp a special project I have created JUST FOR THEM!

The easel cards are so popular right now. I went with that idea but changed it up a bit to hold a flickering battery-operated candle behind the vellum... It glows so beautifully!

Here are the basics:

1. Begin with a piece of Whisper White cardstock measuring 4 1/4" x 11"
2. Score at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2".
3. Cut (2) panel pieces of Whisper White cardstock to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
4. Cut a window frame thru both pieces.
5. Using one of the pieces as a template for placement, cut a window frame on the top of the card flap. (You will cut thru the score line).
6. Stamp the manger and star image in versamark ink onto vellum cardstock. Emboss using pewter embossing powder.
7. Emboss one of the panels using the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder.
8. Adhere the vellum by "sandwiching" it between the 2 panels.
9. Open the card flap. Fold down on the 2 3/4" score line. Adhere the embossed panel to the flap. (Note- use the photo above for placement)
10. Emboss a holiday sentiment using the same embossing as above.
11. Add a glue dot to the clear button and adhere above the sentiment. This will become the stand for your easel.
12. Embellish if desired. Ribbon, rhinestones, pearls, etc.

SU!pplies:

Ink: Versamark
Cardstock: Vellum, Whisper White

 Happy Stampin'!
