OSAT Blog Hop - Dog Days of Summer

Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome to the OSAT August Dog Days of Summer Blog Hop!
Whether you are arriving from Sara's blog, or just starting out,
you are sure to find some great inspiration for last-minute summer projects!

I have found myself using the Fresh Fruit Suite quite a bit
this summer. To me, nothing says summer more than sweet. fresh fruit!

This is a 6"x6" canvas that I Mod Podged the Fruit Stand
designer paper to. The peaches were cut directly from the designer
paper and adhered to the canvas with Stampin' Dimensionals and
covered with Mod Podge.

The coordinating card features both the Fresh Fruit stamp set and
coordinating designer paper. Together, they make a great birthday gift ensemble!

Stamps: Fresh Fruit
Ink: Peek-A-Boo Peach
Paper: Peek-A-Boo Peach, Whisper White, Fruit Stand DSP
Accessories: Lace Dolies, Cupcake Cutout Framelits
NON SU!pplies: Modpodge (matte), 6"x6" canvas frame

Happie Stampin'!

peaches are such a good symbol of summer - how clever to think to use them - sweet card and project

Melissa you always amaze and inspire me with your talents. You've taken a set that I haven't particularly cared for and turned it into a great art form. I love both the canvas and the card, both are "tastefully" and wonderfully done. Thanks for sharing!

I LOVE this set and this paper - why I don't have them yet is beyond me!!! You made it that much harder to not have them. Thanks for the inspiration.
