Welcome to the Create with Connie and Mary
Saturday Blog Hop! This week we are featuing projects
using Red, White plus one additional color.
With Valentine's Day in just a few days, I had to keep with the
theme and go with Pink Pirouette as my additional color.
I LOVE (no pun intended) these Ombre letters!
They look like they are a lot of work, but actually, they
were super-simple! I die cut them from Whisper
White cardstock. Then, I sponged Pink Pirouette on the
middle and Real Red along the bottom. Next, I inked
the entire letter in Versamark, sprinkled with Heat and Stick Powder
and heated until tacky. Immediately, I sprinkled with Dazzling Diamonds
glitter and heated it again to set. SO SPARKLY! And the
glitter sticks nicely to the letters without coming off!
SU!pplies:
Stamps: Lift Me Up
Ink: Real Red, Pink Pirouette
Paper: Whisper White, Real Red, Pink Pirouette, Sending Love DSP
Accessories: Heat tool, heat gun, Heat and Stick powder, Dazzling Diamonds glitterUp and Away thinlits
