Heartfelt Mini Album

Good Morning, Stampers!

A pocket mini album is a fun way to capture a specific event, occasion, or tradition—and it makes a heartfelt gift. Our Merry Memories Mini Album focuses on favorite Christmas traditions, but you can customize the album for any time of year. Ready for the best part? The bones of the mini album are made from a single piece of 12" × 12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm) cardstock, making it a great project to share memories with family and friends!

GET THE TEMPLATE HERE

  1. 1, Score a 12" × 12" piece of cardstock vertically at 3" , 6" , and 9" , creating four equal columns. Then score horizontally across the center of the cardstock at 6" , creating two equal rows.
  2. 2, Fold along the vertical score lines, making a mountain fold at 3", a valley fold at 6", and a mountain fold at 9". Crease well.
  3. 3. Next, fold the cardstock in half horizontally by bringing the bottom edge up to meet the top edge. Unfold.
  4. 4. Cut along the horizontal center score line from the 3"  vertical fold line to the 9" vertical fold line.
  5. 5. Fold the cardstock in half horizontally again, bringing the bottom edge up to meet the top edge. Push the two outer sections toward each other until an open diamond shape forms in the center.
  6. 6. Using the existing score lines, fold the back half of the diamond to the left, behind the left section and the front half of the diamond to the right, in front of the right section. You should now have four folded pages. The second and fourth pages are open along the top and outer edges, forming pockets. Use the pockets for journaling cards, additional photos, or memorabilia.
  7. 7. To create the album cover, cut a piece of Designer Series Paper to 6-1/2" × 6-1/4" and score it vertically at 3-1/4". Fold the cover around the inner pages and adhere it to the back of the first and last pages. Counting both the front and back of each folded page, the finished album provides six inside page surfaces. Now! Have fun decorating each page!
  8. Make them for Grandkids, Sports, New Baby, Wedding/Bridal Shower,  VacationGirls w, eekend and MORE!

Simple Mini Accordian Album

 Good Morning, Stampers!

Memory keeping is more than traditional scrapbooking. This accordion mini album is an approachable project for paper crafters at any experience level who want a quick, meaningful way to highlight a loved one or a single event. With just a few photos and a bit of journaling, you can create a standalone keepsake —for you or as a thoughtful, heartfelt gift!

This accordion mini album has six pockets, but you can easily adjust the design to include fewer or more. Each finished pocket measures 3-1/8" x 5"  and holds a 3" x 5" tag.

To create the album:

  1. For each pocket, start with a 3-5/8" x 10"  piece of designer paper and score it at 1/4"  and 3-3/8"  on the short side, and at 5" on the long side.
  2. Assemble each pocket with Tear & Tape Adhesive, then join them by placing a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive down the center between pockets to form the accordion.
  3. Create six 3" x 5"  tags and put them in the pockets.
  4. Wrap a piece of 7-1/2" x 2-3/8" designer paper around the album and adhere the ends together to create a belly band.

Dollar Store Stampin' Up! Style - Graduation Album

Good Morning, Stampers!

I found these little metal tins in the
craft section of the store. I combined one of
these with the Covid-19 Giveback for a
fun little graduation keepsake.
2/$1 is a smokin' deal, too!
Make one to keep and give one as a gift!

There is the top of the container and the inside of the
bottom of the container. I love those toilet paper rolls!!!

I added these circles using the Layering Circle
dies along a large piece of glitter ribbon.
You can make it as long as you want. I added the stitched
stars in between to fill the space.

This is one side....

This is the back side......

This is the inside of the lid and the ribbo
