Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome to the Create with Connie and Mary Saturday

Blog Hop! Today we are creating cards with a Wedding/Anniversary theme!

Join us for a little bit of love inspiration!

My product of choice for this project is the Project Life Love Story Collection.

It's not just for scrapbooking! The pre-cut cards and embellishments

make it so easy to create cards, too!

Everything coordinates so it takes the guess-work out of it - I LOVE that!

To create this card:

1. Emboss the Whisper White card front using the Modern Mosaic embossing folder.

2. Cut a piece of 1" x 4 1/4" piece of silver foil cardstock.

3. Emboss using the Modern Mosiac embossing folder.

4. Adhere the strip along the top fold of the card.

5. Adhere the Washi Tape below the silver foil.

6. Cut the sentiment using the circle framelits.

7. Adhere to the card front along the left side of the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.

8. Adhere the heart to the sentiment using a Stampin' Dimensional.

9. Adhere the (2) circles together using Stampin' Dimensionals.

10. Adhere Silver thread to the backside of the circles using glue dots.

11. Adhere the circles to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

12. Adhere the hearts to the card front.

13. Tie the silver satin ribbon aound the top of the card in a knot.

It's Sweater Weather!

Another fun project is on for today! It features more of the pieces from the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot kit. That little wooden embellishment is keeping the rest of the card warm - lol! Brr!!
I did add a few extra embellishments - the White Perfect Accents, Linen Thread and the little wooden Snowflake Elements. A great card to sent warm wishes!!

Havin' more fun with the Project Life kit! So many cards and embellishments to choose from and they all go together so nicely! I just added a little Basic Black Baker's Twine, Silver Thread, and some Basic Black Glimmer paper and that's it! Hmm... what else can I do with this kit???? Stay tuned!

Today's card does not feature a single stamp - SHOCKING, YES!  Instead, I used supplies from the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot kit! The kit is filled with all sorts of fun and fabulous two-sided cards and embellishments for Fall/Autumn, Thanskgiving and Christmas. Lots of fun possibilities for both scrapbooking and card-making!

Today's project is something I don't do very often (but really should!) I created this scrapbook as a gift for our team's photographer as an end-of-the-year gift. A big THANK YOU for the over 13,000 (YES, that's what I said!) photos she took of our soccer teams this past season. She is a true photographer!! I will probably need to make a few more books for her - lol!

Project Life: Everyday Adventures

Good Morning, Stampers!

Well, the EXCLUSIVE Stampin' Up! Project Life products arrived on my doorstep just in time for me to play a little yesterday! This whole scrapbooking concept is new to me - I'm used to the traditional 12x12 page layout. After playing just a few minutes with the different stamps, embellishments and cards, I know it is going to be so easy to incorporate this new fomat into my current scrapbooking ways.

The Project Life Everyday Adventure Series coordinates perfectly with the Geometrical stamp set and coordinating triangle punch. With the preprinted coordinating cards, I litterally put this together in less than 30 minutes! All I need to do now is insert the photos!
