CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Spotlight: Vellum

 Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome to this week's Create with Stampin' Friends Saturday Blog Hop, where we're shining the spotlight on one of the most versatile and often underappreciated crafting supplies: vellum!

Vellum has a beautiful way of adding softness, texture, and elegance to handmade cards. Whether you're using it as a background layer, embossing it for added dimension, heat embossing a sentiment, or creating delicate accents, vellum can instantly elevate a project while still allowing the featured elements to shine.

My card features the Sunflower embossing folder. I colored the
backside of the embossed vellum using Stampin' Blends giving it
a beautiful stained glass effect while softening the colors for a more
delicate and subtle look.

SU!pplies:
Stamps:
Soiree Salutations
Ink: Golden Glow, Craft White
Paper: Thick Basic White, Golden Glow, Early Espresso, Vellum, Gold Foil
Accessories: Sunflower embossing folder, Gold Stripe ribbon, Softly Woven embossing folder, Scallop Christmas Cheer dies
Stampin' Blends: Golden Glow, Timid Tiger, SU 100, Old Olive

CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Happy Fall Y'All

 Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome to the Create with Stampin’ Friends Saturday Blog Hop! I’m so glad you’re joining us today as we celebrate one of my favorite times of year with a fun and festive “Happy Fall Y’all” theme.

There’s just something about fall that makes me want to pull out all the warm colors, pretty patterned papers, and cozy seasonal images. Whether it’s the changing leaves, crisp autumn days, pumpkin everything, or gathering with friends and family, fall is full of inspiration!

One of my favorite things about fall crafting is that you don't have to stick with traditional autumn colors. Try mixing unexpected colors with your favorite fall elements and see what happens!

Leaves, layers, patterned paper, and a little texture can give you that wonderful fall feeling while still allowing your own style to shine through.

SU!pplies:
Stamps: Simply Leaves
Ink: Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Craft White
Paper: Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Gingham Gallery DSP, 2026-2028 In-Color Painted Patterns DSP
Accessories: Simple Leaf Punch, Water Painter, Linen Thread, Stylish Shapes dies, Bordered in Beauty dies

rubberFUNatics Weekly Challenge #406

 Good Morning, Stampers!

It's a color challenge for this week's rubberFUNatics Weekly Challenge and the palette feels like a cozy stroll through an autumn market — Crumb Cake for rustic charm, Crisp Cantaloupe for soft sweetness, Pretty Peacock for rich elegance, and Golden Glow for that irresistible touch of warmth. Together, they create a harmony that’s both soothing and spirited. A beautiful combination for any Fall project!

I couldn’t resist pulling out the NEW Painted Pumpkins bundle for this challenge. I started by creating my own background paper and then added an embossed Pretty Peacock panel for texture, layered it with Golden Glow, Crisp Cantaloupe and Crumb Cake bordered strips, and finished with a stitched circle spotlighting a single pumpkin — a little “Hey” to brighten someone’s Fall day!

Watch for the Painted Pumpkins bundle to hit my online store September 1st!

SU!pplies:
Stamps:
Painted Pumpkin
Ink: Basic Black, Pretty Peacock
Paper: Basic White, Crisp Cantaloupe, Golden Glow, Pretty Peacock, Crumb Cake
Accessories: Painted Pumpkin dies, Water Painter, Bordered in Beauty dies, Stylish Shapes dies, Linen Thread, Seasonal Cheer Mini embossing folders

Water Spritzing

 Good Morning, Stampers!

There’s something magical about autumn crafting—the crisp air, rich colors, and of course, pumpkins! Today I’m featuring Stampin’ Up’s Beautiful Pumpkins stamp set paired with one of my favorite techniques: water-spritzed stamping. This simple trick transforms your stamped images into soft, painterly works of art, perfect for cards, tags, scrapbook pages and seasonal décor.

Water-Spritzed Stamping:

  • Ink up your pumpkin stamp with your chosen fall colors.

  • Before pressing to paper, lightly spritz the inked stamp with water. A fine mist works best—you want droplets, not puddles.

  • Stamp onto watercolor paper or thick cardstock. Watch as the ink blooms and blends, creating a watercolor effect without the brushwork.

Each impression is unique, with soft edges and natural blending that feels like hand-painted art. It’s a wonderful way to add depth and texture to your autumn projects!

SU!pplies:
Stamps:
Beautiful Pumpkins
Ink: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake
Paper: Thick Basic White, Pumpkin Pie, Gathering Together DSP
Accessories: Stampin' Spritzer, Gold Striped Ribbon, Water Painter

Paper Craft Crew Weekly Challenge #646

 Good Morning, Stampers!

(click photo to enlarge)

Welcome to the Paper Craft Crew Weekly Challenge!

muted greens and cozy browns—that invites reflection.
It’s a time to pause, gather, and celebrate the blessings
tucked into everyday moments. Choose what inspires
you and create along with us!

I combined the Natural Botanicals and Layered Thoughts

to ink with a water painter - it really adds depth and dimension and
creates a gorgeous backdrop for any image!

May your days be full of cozy inspiration, your hands busy
with beautiful things, and your heart wrapped in the warmth
of being grateful, thankful, and blessed! Thanks for joing us today!

CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Fall Flowers

 Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome to the Create with Stampin' Friends Saturday
Blog Hop! Today, the team is featuring flowers that are full
of rich color and bring a touch of warm and cozy to the Fall season.
We are so happy you are here to join us!

My card blends a little rustic texture with floral elegance by combining
the Sunflower embossing folder, Impressions Abloom dies
and the Paper Tags stamp set. The Sunflower embossing folder
is stunning on it's own, but I just love how the detail "pops"
with a little swipe of the ink pad. The floral dies can easily
adapt to any season and the simple sentiment ties them all together!

SU!pplies:
Stamps:
Paper Tags
Ink: Early Espresso, Craft White
Paper: Misty Moonlight, Mossy Meadow, Crushed Curry, Early Espresso, Country Woods DSP
Accessories: Impressions Abloom dies, Traditional Labels dies, Gold Striped Ribbon, Traditional Sparkling Sequins

Paper Craft Crew Weekly Challenge #645

 Good Morning, Stampers!

This week, the  Paper Craft Crew invites you to play
along with a creative Tic Tac Toe challenge where every square
is a spark of inspiration! Here's how it works:
Choose any three elements in a row—horizontal, vertical, or diagonal
—from the tic tac toe board above and create a project that
brings them to life. Whether you're stamping, layering,
or die-cutting, let your imagination run wild!

I chose Leaves/Plaid/Neutrals for my card. The focal point is a die-cut
leaf window featuring the Gathering Moments bundle layered with a
clear window sheet, allowing a peek-through to the sentiment tucked inside.
It adds a playful surprise and a touch of dimension—like peeking
through autumn foliage to discover a heartfelt message!

Here is a little trick I used to line up the two sentiments.
I placed them onto the window sheet and inked it right up!
I then folded the card shut and pressed to transfer the ink.
Worked like a charm!

SU!pplies:
Stamps: Simply Said, Beautiful Butterflies
Ink: Early Espresso
Paper: Basic White, Window Sheet, Timeless Plaid DSP
Accessories: Gathering Moments dies, Antique Flat Pearls, Essentials Baker's Twine, Glass and Gardens embossing folders
Stampin' Blends: Balmy Blue, Crumb Cake

Thanks for joining me today! I hope you'll give this week's Tic Tac Toe Challenge a try!
