I found these little shamrock shaker bits from Hobby Lobby and created a St. Patrick's Day birthday card for a special friend. "A good friend is like a four leaf clover — hard to find and lucky to have" and I am blessed to have so many good friends in my life!

Paper Craft Crew Weekly Challenge #611

 Good Morning, Stampers!

So happy you could join me for this week's Paper

Craft Crew Weekly Challenge! We are seeing GREEN

with a color challenge just in time for St/ Patrick's Day.

I created this little nugget holder with a clear lid that slides 

off and on - perfect for little leprechauns!

Shy Shamrock base:

Clear top: Cut a 3" x 4 1/2" piece of window sheet.

Wrap around the box and pinch at the folds. Use a 

bone folder to get a nice crease along each fold.

 Adhere the ends with Tear and Tape and slide onto the box.

Band: Wrap a 1 3/4" x 5" around the box. Pinch at the

folds and use a bone folder to get a nice crease along

each fold. Add strips of glitter paper to the top.

Stamp the sentiment onto a Basic White banner and adhere 

to the top with Stampin' Dimensionals. Stamp the rainbow.

Trim. Tuck and adhere behind the banner using Stampin Dimensionals.

Fill box with (3) nugget chocolates.

Leprechaun Boots Table Favors

I saw these adorable little boots at the Dollartree

and just knew they would make cute table 

favors for St. Patrick's Day! The little rosettes

were created with the Round We Go bundle and

the Country Flowers stamp set and I filled the 

boots with Andes mints.

rubberFUNatics Weekly Challenge! I made these super-easy

treats that would be perfect for handing out on St. Patrick's Day!

Co-workers, family, friends, mail delivery, store clerks, etc.

Give a little good luck to everyone you come in contact with!

I wrapped the candy using a piece of Country Gingham 

designer paper and added a little ribbon and shamrock on top.

So quick and so easy! Be sure to save a candy for yourself!

Mini Mason Jar Treat

I've got a bit of the Luck of the Irish with this week's 

rubberFUNatics Weekly Challenge! I found this wooden beaded

shamrock at the dollar store and gave it a little Stampin' Up! makeover

using the Lucky Clover stamp set!

I love the Alphabet a la More dies but found them to be a bit

too big for this project, so I cut them down a size - take a look:

This is the perfect addition to my St/ Patrick's Day tier tray decor!

Oh, boy that Soft Seafoam does not like the camera! I

apologize for the washed out look, but I promise, the Soft 

Seafoam card base is the perfect subtle green shade for this card!

I embossed the images using white embossing powder 

and replaced the balloon with a shamrock. I know a few lucky

people with St. Patrick's Day birthdays I can send this to!

I'm "going green" for this week's color challenge!

Choose your favorite shade of green or cmbine them with a fun 

technique like Ombre. Any way you color it, I'm

sure it will bring you lots of luck! I hope

you will play slong with me!

My card features the Oval Occasions stamp set. 
I was so happy to have a set with several occasion options.

 - it's a great set to have on hand.

These sentiments make anyone feel special all year round.

Blending Brushes make it really

easy to create soft, blended backgrounds.

Start with a light shade (Soft Seafoam)

continue with a medium shaded (Granny Apple Green)

and finish with a dark shade (Shaded Spruce)

using the brush with a light hand in a circular motion.

Easy clean up with a little light soap and water!
