I had a request for a Mother's Day card this past week at a private class. I love the sentiment from the Mother's Love set - just perfect for this request! A really beautiful way to show Mom how much she is loved.

One of my favorite looks is Whisper White ink on Crumb Cake cardstock. I added a little bit of Gold Glitz Dazzling Details to the flower centers for a bit of sparkle. It really makes the flowers "pop"!

Double Fold Wedding Card

Good Morning, Stampers!

We had our RubberFUNatics downline meeting this past week. I look forward to our monthly meetings as it is one of the times I get to stamp with everyone! Each of us provide a shoebox swap and this is the card I featured. I tried to incorporate a fun fold into my project as well as showcase a technique and this is what I came up with. I know there is a technical name for this, but I am calling it the Double Fold Flip Card. The finished card fits nicely into a #10 business envelope.

Butterfly Wishes

I came across this scrap piece of Irresistibly Yours DSP when cleaning up my table the other day. Instead of throwing it away (I am a saver!), I decided to challenge myself to create a card. Worked out okay, I think?!

This pre-embossed designer paper is a great way to customize and coordinate any project. Here, I added a bit of Soft Sky ink to the paper and then stamped the floral image using Jet Black Stazon. A soft and delicate look with a touch of black for elegance.

It's MY DAY!!!!

I'm SO EXCITED! Not only is it DAY 3 of the Create with Connie and Mary FREE PREVIEW WEEK, it is MY DAY for BLOG CANDY! WOO HOO! All you need to do is leave a comment below and I will choose a winner to be announced at the end of the week. Doesn't get any easier than that!

For this card, I combined the set with the Class of 2015 stamp - a perfect match! I kept the colors a simple black and gold - very versatile!

1. Mask and stamp the Class Of using Whisper White ink on the Basic Black card front.

2. Stamp the Congrats using Jet Black Stazon ink onto Vellum cardstock.

3. Adhere the vellum to the card front.

4. Add a Gold Shimmer frame embossed with the Woodgrain embossing folder.

5. Emboss the 2015 using Versamark ink and gold embossing powder.

6. Stamp the cap using Jet Black Stazon

7. Add Gold Ribbon and Gold Sequin Trim

I cut the card to 4" to allow the heart to over hang off the side for a little added interest.
