I love the inspiration photo for this week's 

inspiration challenge! I've always been partial to pink

and love to use it for my winter projects!

I stamped the large Snow Crystal snowflake using Polished

Pink ink. Then, I speckled Craft White ink with a water painter and once dried,

I added the sentiment from the Santa Express Memories

and More card pack. Of course, no card is complete without

a few sequins - gotta have that bling!

Thank you for joining me for this week's 

Simple Stamping card challenge!

Grab some stamps, ink and paper and lets get going!

Check out the Christmas Season stamp set. It is perfect for creating a 

multi-layer look! I love the traditional look of these images. I started

with the background by inking the Merry Melody embossing

folder with Smoky Slate ink and pressing the card front onto the folder

to transfer the ink. Then, just stamp all the foliage and berries and

add a sentiment on top. This is a super-easy card and a great choice

for making multiples in no time!

Joyful Holly Holiday

 Good Morning, Stampers!

I love the look of a subtle watercolor background. What's even better is how easy it is to do! It's a great choice for making a large amount of multiples - especially around the holidays!

I started with a Water Painter and a little Sahara Sand ink diluted

with water onto the Whisper White card panel.

Once dried, I stamped the outline of the holly using

Jet Black Stazon ink and the solid holly leaves with Garden Green

ink. Finally, I stamped the berries with Real Red ink.

I added the paenl to the Perisian Flourish embossed card front

and added the sentiment with the Ornate Frames dies.

Last-MInute Card Idea

The Create with Connie and Mary Team will be back next week with another Design Team Blog Hop. In the meantime, I have a last-minute card idea to share with you! It features the Dashing Deer stamp set and coordinating thinlits. If you are like me, you have a lot of leftover pieces of holiday designer papers and adding strips to the card is a great way to utilize them! Do you see the design peeking thru the deer? Using designer paper is fun idea that gives additional pattern and texture without adding more bulk to the card. Give it a try!

Last-Minute Holiday Idea

Good Morning, Stampers!

Looking for a last-minute holiday idea? I created this wreath using a canning jar lid and the Sprig punch. Just punch several sprigs and adhere around the outer edge of the lid using Multi-purpose liquid glue and let dry. Then, add a couple of pine cones, a sentiment, bow and red rhinestones to finish it off. Makes a great gift tag or ornament for the tree!

A Shimmery Christmas

Good Morning, Stampers!

Today's project is full of shimmer! The Shimmer Paint is a great way to turn plain cardstock into a gorgeous shimmery cardstock! I added the Frost White paint all over this card front using a sponge dauber after it was embossed with the Tin Tile embossing folder. It really brings out the detail and texture and has an incredible shine!
