CCMC Saturday Blog Hop - Favorite Subtles Color

Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome back to the Create with Connie and Mary
Saturday Blog Hop! This week, we are sharing our favorite
Subtles color with you!

One of my favorite Subtles colors has got to be
Soft Seafoam. It is so soft and delicate - especially
perfect for no-line watercoloring!

To recreate this card:
1. Stamp the images onto watercolor paper using Soft Seafoam ink - STAMP OFF FIRST.
2. Begin coloring the center of the image with a light color wash using an aqua painter.
3. Start along the esge and bring the color to the center.
4. Once complete, let dry and move on to the next section.
5. Continue until the entire image is colored.
6. Once complete, you can go back and highlight the edges to define until you are pleased with your piece. Cut images.
8. Stamp the flower image onto the center of both the tea cup and tea pot using Whisper White ink.
7. Punch a strip of silver foil paper using the Decorative Ribbon Border punch.
8. Emboss the card front using the Country Floral embossing folder.
9. Adhere the punched strip to the card front..
10. Adhere the tea pot to the card front.
11. Adhere the tea cup using Stampin' Dimensionals.
12. Cut the "friend" from silver foil paper and adhere to the card front.
13. Tie the silver edge ribbon in a bow.
