CCMC Saturday Blog Hop - Favorite Christmas Set

Good Morning, Stampers!

This week, Create with Connie and Mary
asked that we create cards featuring our
favorite Christmas stamp set.

Hands down, I love the Peaceful Poinsettia! It is traditional,
simple, detailed, elegant and overall one of my favorite
stamp sets for the holidays! Combining it with the coordinating
framelits offers many more possibilities, too!

1. Cut the poinsettia from Real Red cardstock and cut in half.
2. Adhere the poinsettia to the card front.
3. Add leaves and sprigs using Old Olive and Mossy Meadow cardstocks.
4. Stamp the holly images using Jet Black Stazon ink on a Whisper White cardstock strip.
5. Color with Real Red, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow inks and a blender pen,
6. Adhere the strip to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
7. Stamp the sentiment onto Whisper White cardstock using Jet Black Stazon ink.
8. Cut with the label framelit.
9. Cut the layering label from Old Olive cardstock.
10. Adhere the two labels together.
11. Add Silver Metallic thread behind the label and adhere the label to the card front using
Stampin' Dimensionals.
12. Tuck more Silver Metallic Thread behind the holly strip.
13. Adhere a few rhinestones randomly to the card front.
