The new Little Cuties stamp set from the upcoming Occasions Mini Catalog combines the adorable images for babies, birthdays and even Easter, too! The soft lines are easily achieved with the new Watercolor Pencils and a blender pen. Simply add the color to the image and gently blend in a circlular motion.
