Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop - Sale-A-Bration

Good Morning, Stampers!

Welcome to the Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop! I'm so glad you came! We are creating tags using Sale-A-Bration products. You've earned the FREE products, now it's time to create with them and we have some inspriation for you!

My tag actually features two of my favorite Sale-A-Bration items - Honeycomb Happiness and Hello. Since I couldn't decide which one to use, I went with both! Although, I went with a birthday theme here, it can easily be changed to a Baby Shower, too!

To create this tag:
1. Place (2) consecutive Label framelits on Mint Macaron cardstock and run thru the Big Shot to create a frame.
2. Cut a label using the large label framelit from Mint Macaron.
3. Cut the decorative background paper using the smaller framelit..
4. Stamp the sentiment using Archival Basic Black ink and a stamp-a-ma-jig onto the designer paper.
5. Adhere the designer paper to the center of the large label die cut.
6. Adhere the frame to the label using Stampin' Dimensionals.
7. Stamp the balloon image onto the polka dot designer paper using Archival Basic Black ink. Cut.
8. Stamp the chick onto Blushing Bride cardstock using Archival Basic Black ink. Cut. Color nose and feet using a Pumpkin Pie marker,
9. Adhere both cut outs to the tag using Stampin' Dimensionals.
10. Stamp the sentiment onto a piece of Vellum cardstock using Archival Basic Black ink. Let dry.
11. Adhere the vellum sentiment to the tag using a glue dot on each end.
12. Cover the glue dots using Basic Pearls.
13. Adhere a bow to the top of the tag using a glue dot.
