CCMC Sketch Challenge #299

Good Morning, Stampers!

I love the simplicity of this week's Create with Connie and Mary Sketch Challenge!
I see myself using this layout quite a bit as it can be so versatile!

I decided to take the masculine route with my card.
I've had this set, You're My Hero for a long time but never seem to
use it as often as I should!

I have a couple of  helpful tips for creating this card.
First, punch (3) squares onto scrap paper.
Add a touch of adhesive to the center and line the
squares on the card front.
Then, just line up and punch! Perfectly spaced every time!

Secondly, stamp the sentiment onto the cardstock all at once.
Then, you can either punch out the squares and adhere to the
inside of the card, or you can simply adhere the entire
piece to the inside of the card. Either way, you will be able to see the
sentiment peek thru to the front!

SU!pplies:
Stamps: You're My Hero
Ink: Jet Black Stazon, Night of Navy
Paper: Night of Navy, Whisper White, Smokey Slate, Red Glimmer,
Accessories: Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder, 1 1/4" square punch, Square Framelits, Summer Starfruit marker, Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details, Blender pen, Bitty Banner framelits

What a fun masculine/kid card! Love that you punched squares in the front; a different and effective approach to the sketch! Great tips on punching and lining things up! Happy Easter, Melissa!

I didn't realized that you punched the squares! That is so cute and a clever take on the sketch. Love the tips too.
