Fast & Fabulous Friday!

Good Morning, Stampers!

It is Friday! Finally! I have been thinking it is Friday for the last two days - lol! Today's project features the Postage Stamp punch (122344 $15.95). I love using punches for other than the "obvious" to show how versatile the punch can be. Pennants are so popular right now. Using the Postage punch to create the bottom of the pennant gives the pennant a bit of texture - take a look:

Take a piece of cardstock strip to your desired size. Place the punch along the bottom of the cardstock on an angle & punch. You can use a pencil to mark your center.

I also used this punch along the bottom of the card for a little bit of added interest. It coordinates with the pennant but doesn't take away from the pennant itself. This is fairly simple to do. Line up the punch with the previous punch (like using the border punches). This can be a bit tricky to keep a straight line freehanded so use a pencil to lightly mark the line.

Here is the finished card. I apologize for the photo. The card is actually Basic Black, Whisper White & Pink Pirouette. I took the photo several times using different settings & light but just couldn't get the look I wanted.

Happy Stampin!
